That's cool, but it just looks like an unusual interface that doesn't do anything more than a decent API (correct me if I'm wrong though). I don't think you will ever get a poker language like you envision, because, for example if you have a decision tree type language, that in itself is a fairly major design decision which shuts the doors on other types of options later.
